1. Controller

The controller of your personal data is Gulla Tec S.A.S., NIT 902094551-1, based in Bucaramanga, Colombia. For any matter related to your data, write to hola@gullatec.com.

Requests, inquiries and claims about personal data protection are handled by the management of Gulla Tec S.A.S. at hola@gullatec.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you give us in the contact form: name, email, company (if you enter it) and your message.

We may also store minimal technical data to run the site and protect it from abuse: the IP address, the date and time of the send and the result of the anti-abuse check.

3. Purposes

We use your data to answer your request, contact you and, if you ask us to, send you a proposal.

We do not use your data for advertising or send you promotions without separate authorization. We do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Your rights

As the data subject, you have the right to:

• Access, update and correct your data.
• Delete your data when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
• Withdraw the authorization you gave us.
• File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

5. Procedure and timelines

We answer inquiries within a maximum of ten (10) business days. Claims are answered within the following fifteen (15) business days.

If we need more time, we tell you why and give you a new date, as the law allows.

6. Processors

To run the site we rely on processors: Cloudflare, which provides hosting, the anti-abuse check and email routing.

This involves an international transfer of data to Cloudflare servers. In every case we require that they process the data only for the purposes described here.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), anti-abuse verification, access control and operation logging.

No system is perfect. If we detect an incident that affects you, we inform you and act as the law requires.

8. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed to answer your request and meet the legal duties that apply.

When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it safely.

9. Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-abuse check may use technical storage strictly needed to tell people from bots.

10. Validity

This policy is effective from November 1, 2026.

If we change it, we publish the new version on this same page with its update date.
